RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in an unused condition and all original labels must be attached!

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@rearaxle.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After we receive your item and check its status, we will process your request. Please allow us to process the refund at least fourteen (14) days after receiving your item. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your refund. We will notify you by email when your return is processed.

 

NOT COLLECTING PACKAGE

In case of not collecting a package by customer – the customer pays for a return of it to our company. The return of funds will be fulfilled within 30 days and the amount will be reduced by postage fees.

 

EXCEPTIONS   

In case of defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service below to arrange a refund or exchange.
