Peugeot Partner was manufactured between 1996 and 2010. The first generation Peugeot Partner is available in several petrol and diesel versions. Peugeot Partner has two types of bodywork – family version and commercial.

Is my rear axle broken?

There are several alarming signs that the rear axle is no longer in good condition. Very often it will be the inclination of the wheels or the reduced height of the vehicle, usually accompanied by disturbing noises such as creaking or whistling. Unfortunately, if these changes are noted, it is too late and the entire rear axle needs to be replaced. There are three types of rear axles in Peugeot Partner models and all of them are available in our store. We do not recommend buying a used rear axle because it is not possible to check its condition.

How to select a rear axle for your vehicle?

As mentioned above, Peugeot Partner has three types of rear axle. We will explain how to choose the right one. First of all you will have to inform us whether it is a commercial vehicle, family version or multispace. For a commercial vehicle, you must also check the vehicle log book to see if the payload is 600 or 800 kg. There is no need to determine the type of brakes,  whether or not the vehicle has ABS. These elements do not affect the choice of axle type.
